Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18-30 years Diagnosed case of PCOS based on the Rotterdam criteria BMI with specific range (eg;18-35) Willingness to participate and provide informed consent Normal Menstrual Women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of Medications affecting Autonomic function(eg. beta blockers) Pregnant or lactating women smoking or substance abuse
