Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -aged 18-25 who give written consent to take part in the study -at present sanitary pad is their primary MHM product -enrolled in regular undergraduate courses -attained menarche & having regular menstrual cycle -not diagnosed with any gynecological problem -Available at the time of data collection -Make themselves available for 12 months study duration (Active experimental group -6 months trial and 6 months follow up, whereas active waitlist group for 6 months waitlist control and 6 months under trial)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -female UG students who do not provide a written informed consent to participate -enrolled in life sciences, medicine and nursing courses -already had used a menstrual cup or currently using -not willing to continue menstrual cup for 6 months duration -female students diagnosed with allergy towards silicone, sensitive and pre-existing vaginal or urogenital infection
