Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Currently participating in college level basketball. 2) Minimum of 2 years of competitive basketball experience. 3) Able to commit to 8 weeks training program. 4) Free from any lower limb injuries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Female players were excluded. 2)Players with history of any lower limb fracture. 3)Uncooperative players. 4)Players with any disorder in knee and ankle. 5)Unfit players (injuries during training sessions). 6)Recent upper & lower limb trauma. 7)Concussion. 8)Chronic ankle instability. 9)Any neuromuscular conditions. 10) Participating any other training programs.
