Intervention1: 1. Aerobic exercises : A 5 min of warm and 20 min of conditioning and 5 min of cool down period for 3 weeks, 3 days a week Control Intervention1: 1. Dual task training: a 30 min session

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 10-14yr old male and female having low PAQ-A Score having score range of 1-1.99 2. Regularly attending school 3. Male and females who are willing to participate. 4. Parents/ Guardian s written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of diagnosed neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, cerebral palsy), psychiatric conditions, or chronic illnesses 2. Physical Disabilities (e.g., severe orthopaedic injuries, congenital disabilities). 3. Regular Engagement in Sports 4.Medications (e.g., stimulants for ADHD, sedatives). 5.Unwillingness to Participate 6.Involvement in previous research on cognition and physical activity in the past 6 months.
