Inclusion criteria: Medical students having academic exams in next two months Sleep duration less than 7 to 9 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of sleep disorder psychological disorder medical illness

The expected outcome of the study will be whether Ratri Jagaran and Chinta (anxiety) affect emotional intelligence of medical students. Using the Hamilton anxiety rating scale and emotional intelligence scale , the study can quantify the extend of anxiety as well as level of emotional intelligence in medical students.Timepoint: 1 day
