Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses actively engaged in clinical duties. Age group (20-40 years) Nurses having back pain for more than 3 months. Nurses performing their duties within minimum 8-10 hours per day(full time working nurses). A minimum experience of at least one year in the current unit or department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses with any history of lumbar vertebral fractures or recent lower back surgeries (LBP due to traumatic conditions) Nurses with any neurological impairment and conditions, and radiating pain. Nurses who are pregnant and are on maternity leave from last 6 months or sick leave
