Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to provide informed consent and participate throughout the study duration. Patients aged 20-60 years diagnosed with thyroid disorder. Diagnosis confirmed through abnormal thyroid hormone levels (TSH,T3,T4) and clinical evaluation. Patients with diagnosed thyroid disorder for at least 5 years to ensure long-term impact on thyroid function and muscle strength. Patients who able to perform physical tests for core strength. Postpartum women. ( after one year of delivery )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiopulmonary diseases. History of thyroid cancer or undergoing active cancer treatment or currently receiving radiation therapy or chemotherapy. Patients with uncontrolled systemic illnesses. History of recent surgeries or neurological conditions affecting mobility. Individuals with cognitive impairments affecting communication or cooperation. pregnant women. People unwilling to participate in the study.
