Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with Anti TPO above 34 IU/mL Participant from 18-60 years of age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases with Malignant thyroid tumors. Patient with USG THYROID Findings TIRADS 4 or above Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes, Malignant Hypertension, Severe cardiac diseases, Malignancies. Immuno-compromised patients- HIV/AIDS, TB. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.
