Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40-65 years. 2.Subjects of either gender. 3.Knee pain lasting for at least 12 week. 4.VAS more than 3. 5.Not received any physical therapy treatment in last 6 month. 6.Diagnosed and referred by orthopedic surgeon.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are not able to complete the scales/Questionnaire. 2.Individuals not ready to sign the consent form. 3.Recent injury and fractures in lower limb in 6 month. 4.Any surgeries around the knee joint and subjects who received intra-articular injection in past 1year. 5.Diagnosed with patellar dislocation, septic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. 6.Serious and progressive neurological deficits, Malignancy, Mental disorder.
