Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of diabetic neuropathy Patient having DNE score more than 3 Berg Balance Scale score 21 40 Montreal Cognitive Assessment score 19 25 Willingness to participate in the training protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other Neurological and Musculoskeletal conditions impacting Balance Berg Balance Scale score 0 20 Vision impairments not correctable with lenses Recent lower limb surgery or injury Participation in any other balance training programs in the last 3 months
