Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) aged between 12 to 17 years (b) have been engaged in basketball for at 6 months (c) minimum hours of practice: 2 hours in a day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) History of significant lower limb injuries over the past one year years. (b) Cardiovascular conditions (c) Any Musculoskeletal disorder (d) Any participant who sustains an injury during the testing period will be required to withdraw from the experiment.
