Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Professional Swimmers with 2 years of competitive experience 2)Both Male and Female Athletes 3)Age 18-30 years 4)Free from any physical limitations that restrict them (Congenital).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) athletes having any recent injury less than 6 months 2) Athletes having backache for more than 7 days 3) Any recreational athletes 4) Athletes who have undergone any kind of spinal surgeries 5) Athletes having any kind of metabolic disorders 6) athletes having any tumor 7) Manipulation under anesthesia
