Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Football players of age between 12 and 30 years 2. Individuals with 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 number of foot size 3. Train and play football regularly (at least 2 4 times per week) 4. Be actively involved in organized amateur leagues, clubs, or competitive tournaments. 5. Have a minimum of 2 years of playing experience in amateur-level football

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent lower limb injuries 2. Players who train less than twice per week (casual/recreational players) 3. Athletes not willing to participate 4. Use of orthotic devices affecting foot biomechanics 5. Athletes who have undergone recent lower limb surgery
