Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for unilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy under general anesthesia. ASA Grade 1 and 2 patients. Body weight between 50 kg to 70 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refused to give consent. Patient with contraindications for local anesthesia. Patient with severe psychiatric disorders. Patient with infection at injection sites. Patients with renal parenchymal disorders. Renal stones which required more than one puncture, supra costal puncture. Intraoperative excessive bleeding. Obesity (BMI more than 30).Patient with history of chronic pain and drug abuse.
