Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI greater than or equal two 25 kg per m2 2.Women diagnosed with PCOS 3.SUI based on QUID questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic degenerative and neurological diseases 2.Pulmonary issues, constipation 3.Recent involvement in pelvic floor re-education 4.Use of medication for UI 5.Vaginal infection in the past 3 months
