Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pre-Diabetic patients of adult age group. 2.Pre-Diabetic patients of All Genders. 3.Pre-Diabetic with overweight patients with BMI ranges from 25 to 29.9.24 4.Patients with Glycosylated hemoglobin level of 5.7- 6.4 percent. 5.Patients giving Written Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic patients who are on other treatment. 2.Patients on any other line of treatment other than auxiliary treatment 3 months before the study. 3.Patients having another systemic Comorbidity. 4.Pregnant & Lactating Females. Immuno-compromised patients.

| i) By observing the changes after treatment in clinical findings and HbA1c values, Pre-Diabetes was assessed as improved or not improved. ii) QOL will be assessed as per statistical analysis of comparison pre and post treatment scores on WHOQOL-BREF scale. Timepoint: 1.HbA1c at baseline and then every 3 month interval , statistical test will be applied to pre and post treatment level which is at baseline and after 2 yrs of follow up respectively. 2.WHOQOL-BREF score will be assesed at interval of 6 month and statistical test will be aplied to pre and post treatment score | — |
