Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic migraine diagnosed by a physician Score for Perceived Stress Scale more than 14 Score of Headache impact scale more than 50 Literate Individuals (Those who are able to read the form)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other concomitant primary/secondary headache 2. Cardiac abnormalities. 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders. 4. Pregnancy. 5. Having started a new pharmacological treatment for migraine in the 3 months prior to participating in the trial 6. Neurological disorders. 7. Respiratory Disorders. 8. Musculoskeletal Disorders NPRS Scale score greater than 4
