Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 , 2 and 3 patients Patients of either sex in age group 18 to 65 years Patients undergoing elective trans-sphenoidal pituitary surgeries under GA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patient refusal b. ASA >=4 patients c. Age 65 yrs. d. Body mass index >35 kg/m2 e. Neuromuscular disorders that might impair neuromuscular transmission f. Significant renal dysfunction (Serum creatinine >1.8mg/dl) g. Any history of malignant hyperthermia h. A history of hypersensitivity or allergy to narcotics, muscle relaxants or other medications used during anaesthesia i. Pregnancy/ breast feeding or age of child bearing potential
