Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Older individuals with documented low vision (visual acuity between 20 by 70 and 20 by 400) by ophthalmologist. 2 Older individuals with positive Functional reach test & Romberg test. 3 Older individuals who score less than 45 on berg balance scale assessment. 4 Older individuals who take longer time than 13.5 seconds to complete Time Up & Go test. 5 Older individuals who score more than 23 on Fall efficacy scale. 6 Older individuals who score between 0-5 for men and 0-8 for women on Lawton-Brody IADL scale. 7 Older individuals who score less than 26 on Montreal Cognitive Assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Older individuals with severe cognitive impairments less than 18. 2 Older individuals with conditions like recent fractures, Parkinson s disease, stroke, or uncontrolled cardiac disorders that limit participation in physical activities. 3 Older individuals with abnormal blood pressure levels (either hypotension or hypertension). 4 Older individuals with pre-existing medical conditions that could worsen with exercise. 5 Those who experience significant dizziness, vertigo, or an inability to maintain themselves during any of the exercises. 6 Older individuals with recent vestibular surgeries or injuries. 7 Older individuals with blindness.
