Intervention1: Aerobics Training: Intervention group will receive aerobics training for 30 mins that includes 5 mins of warm up 20 mins of main activity and 5 mins of cool down for 6 weeks 3 times per

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Body Mass Index more than or equal to 30 kg per m2 2) Participants scoring between 6 to 14 on the Rate of of Perceived Exertion scale after completing a 6-minute walk test indicating fitness suitable for aerobic exercise training. 3) Participants who take longer than 10 seconds to complete the Timed up and go test .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any Upper limb or Lower limb injuries 2) Undergone any surgery in previous 6 months 3) Recent history of trauma or fall 4) Visual or hearing impairment 5) Any respiratory Illness 6) Pregnancy within the past 6 months 7) Any neurological problems 8) Any known comorbidities
