Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate and provide informed written consent & assent. Girls enrolled in the selected schools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Girls who had not attained menarche.

Primary: Change in Knowledge, Attitude and Practices related to menstruation in response to Ayurveda-based Behavior Change Communication (BCC) module among school going adolescent girls assessed using pre-post KAP questionnaire. Secondary: To estimate the association between demographic variables and changes in Knowledge, Attitude and Practices related to menstruation after implementation of Ayurveda based Behavior module. Timepoint: every 15 days awareness class for 3 months
