Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of gender aged between 18 and 65 years. Patients with signs and symptoms of Paksaghata. Patients with signs and symptoms of Ischemic stroke. Duration of illness from 3 months to 3 years. Patients who are eligible for Vasti and Nasya karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 18 years and above the age of 65 years. Patients with Hemorrhagic Stroke. Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension. Patients with traumatic injuries, TB, HIV, Cancer. Patients with Major Systemic illness like Congestive Heart Failure (CHF),Chronic Kidney disease (CKD). Patients who are not eligible for Vasti and Nasya karma.

To evaluate the procedure of Nasya followed by matra vasti with sahacaradi taila in the management of Pakshaghata Ischemic strokeTimepoint: At baseline, 14th day and 44rth day after completion of treatment
