Health Condition 1: K053- Chronic periodontitis

Interventions

Intervention1: Ibuprofen - 400 mg : Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily will be administered for 7 days post access flap surgery as antipyretic agent. Control Intervention1: group 1 -Arnica Montana: Arnica

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Periodontitis stage II or III, grade A or B At least one interproximal 2, 3-wall bone defect with moderate to deep intrabony defects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient having any systemic disease 2.patient had undergone any periodontal treatment in last 6 months. 3.smokers 4.pregnant/lactating mother
