Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menstrual cycle occuring more than 35 days apart which remains constant at that frequency menstrual bleeding is unduely scanty and last for less than 2 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic disorders like HTN, DM, TB, asthma, congenital abnormalities or other associated diseases which causes oligomenorrhea or hypomenorrhea patient with severe anemia patient who are unfit for yoga
