Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: constant or recurrent neck pain from four weeks to twelve weeks central or unilateral pain ,symptoms provoke by neck posture , movements, or palpations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neck pain that included inflammatory rheumatologic diseases, Patient with severe cardiac pulmonary disorder Any other condition that not suitable propose to treatment Malignancy Recent cervical fracture Structural deformity Previous surgery related to cervical spine Cervical spinal stenosis, or bilateral upper extremity symptoms; 2 or more positive radicular signs consistent with nerve root compression Pregnancy
