Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed sub-acute/ chronic stroke medically stable post-stroke patients Ability to ambulate 10 meters without assistance Homolateral Limb Synkinesis in the upper limb with Associated Reaction Rating Scale score of more than or equal to 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other neurological, orthopedic, or cardiopulmonary conditions that could affect gait Patients with cognitive impairments with Saint Louis University Mental Scale score of less than or equal to 26 in patients with a high school education, and less than or equal to 24 in patients who do not have a high school education Any dermatological conditions that could prevent the placement of surface electromyographic sensors over the upper limbs Modified Ashworth Scale score of more than or equal to 3
