Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with sign and symptoms of Vatarakta. Patient with raised Sr. Uric Acid level. Patient willing to give informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known case of Aamvata, Sandhivata, Krosthukshirshak. Patient below 18 and above 60 years. Patient having other inflammatory joint disorders. Patients who are pregnant and lactating mothers. Known case of HIV, HbsAg. Upadrava - kotha, murcha, visarpa, anguli vakrata,bhrama, kloma,spoth, arbuda,marmaghat,daha.

MeasureTime frame
To access sadyashoolahara effect of dashmoola ksheerpaka parisheka is effective in vatarakta with reference to Gout. Is there any reduction in shoola will be assessed on follow up days.Timepoint: Once a day 30 minutes for 7 days treatment with 4 follow ups on 0th, 4th, 7th and 15 th day

To review literature regarding vatarakta and gout from classical and modern texts. To review therapy parishek and siravedha. To compare efficacy of parishek and siravedha in vatarakta. To observe any adverse effect of occurs.Timepoint: 7 days treatment with follow up on 0, 4th, 7th, 15 th day
