Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Completed a UG degree Smart phone with internet support Diabetes duration more than 6 months Moderate or severe diabetes distress HbA1c above 8 percent Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on diet and exercise only Type 1 diabetes Pregnancy diabetes patients on dialysis and chemotherapy Patients undergone any major surgery or major illness in the past 3 months Should not have any psychiatric illness or on any psychotropic drugs
