Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults (18-40 yrs) 2. Patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with known musculoskeletal, Neurological, cardiovascular, Respiratory, metabolic, or congenital disorders. 2.Failure to achieve at least 85% of HR max. 3.History or current use of substance abuse 4.Cancer 5.Pregnancy 6.Pain, fever, and viral infections
