Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent from patient Patients undergoing planned surgery under general anaesthesia with endo-tracheal tube intubation with or without regional anaesthesia. Age more then 18years American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status grade I to IV All patients who are extubated on table.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing planned surgery under general anaesthesia with SGA insertion. Patients undergoing emergency surgery under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation. Any surgery under regional anaesthesia solely Tracheostomized patients. Patients having psychiatric illness and on anti-psychiatric medication. Age less then 18years Post operative patients not extubated and shifted to ICU Patients who require on table re-intubation Patients who are extubated in deeper plane of anaesthesia
