Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pateint between the age group of 19-35 Pateints diagnosed with Symptomatic Irreversible pulpitis in mandible first or second molar Absence of any periapical radiolucency on radiographs are included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to Local anaesthesia. Patients with known hypersensitivity to Articaine and Sodium bicarbonates. Pateints with systemic disease such as Diabetes mellitus, Hypertensive, Cardiovascular disorders, and patients who are under tranquilizers and sedatives. Pregnancy and lactating females. Patient with necrosed teeth with sinus or swelling , severe periodontitis.Patients who had taken analgesics within 24h preceding the commencement of the endodontic procedure are not included.

| To evaluate and compare the anesthetic efficacy and injection pain using inferior alveolar nerve block with pre-heated, buffered and conventional 4%Articaine in patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis .Injecting pre-heated ,buffered local anesthetic solution can be a better alternative to conventional inferior alveolar nerve block.Timepoint: To evaluate and compare the anesthetic efficacy and injection pain using inferior alveolar nerve block with pre-heated, buffered and conventional 4%Articaine in patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis .Injecting pre-heated ,buffered local anesthetic solution can be a better alternative to conventional inferior alveolar nerve block.Injection pain will be assessed immediately after administration of the LA, Efficacy will be assessed intraoperatively. | — |
