Intervention1: Mat Pilates: Patient Position: Supine lying Frequency:once a day for 3 days/ week Intensity: 10 times for 2-5 sets with 10-sec rest per repetition and 60 sec between sets Duration:50-60

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women with the pelvic cross syndrome, whose core strength has been reduced and having complaints of low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Use hormone replacement therapies -Cognitive impairments and neurological disorders -Significant hearing and visual impairment, -Any lower limb surgery (Amputation).
