Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players must fall within the age 18 to 30 both men and women are included in the study players should of experience of 6 months players should practice 3 to 4 times a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: players with any recent fracture in the body(upper limb,lower limb,spine are included) spinal deformities disc pathology cardio respiratory disorders are excluded visual,vestibular,neurological disorders are excluded
