Intervention1: Mind Body Therapy: Combination of mindfulness meditation, relaxation techniques (including box breathing, guided imagery, and progressive muscle relaxation), and gentle yoga practices.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cancer who are in the age group of 35 to 65 years old, having cancer in head and neck breast cervical or endometrial region and on radiation therapy or chemo-radiation therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cancer who are in advanced stage of cancer

Identification and analysis of psychosocial needs and assessment of quality of life: Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy General (FACT-G)(31). Management of weight: Body Mass Index (BMI) Timepoint: At baseline, 6 weeks, 9 weeks.
