Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having complaint of radiating pain for more than 2 months. NRS 3 to 6 having unilateral symptoms positive spurlings test distraction test ULTT bias patients diagnosed with cervical spondylosis nerve compression. having joint position error more than 7cm in cervical joint position error test Having fear of movement while performing any activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diagnosed cases of disc prolapse spinal surgery scoliosis spondylolisthesis any history of trauma. systemic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis ankylosing spondylitis presence of any neuromuscular condition
