Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing valve replacement surgery (mechanical and biological )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with asthma, COPD Lung transplantation Lung resection Patients with post-surgical cardiovascular complications unstable angina during the previous month and myocardial infarction during the previous month cardiac arrhythmias a resting heart rate more than 120 a systolic blood pressure more than 180 mm Hg and a diastolic blood pressure more than 100 mm Hg.
