Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 20yrs - 40 yrs. 2. Displaced fractures of Metacarpals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having DM, Tuberculosis, HIV, HBsAg, any other immunosuppressant Disorders, or malignancy. 2. Pregnant ladies. 3. Any disorder or pathology already present at the site of metacarpal fracture 4. Open and comminuted Metacarpals fracture 5. Thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, osteomalacia, osteomyelitis, anaemia, RA, SLE
