Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (ICD: G20), classified within Hoehn and Yahr stages 1 to 3, and aged between 60 and 90 years. The study will include both male and female participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with uncontrolled cardiovascular (ICD Code: Z13.6) or respiratory conditions (ICD Code: J00-J99) that may limit safe participation in ground-level activities. Participants are also excluded if they have recently undergone orthopaedic surgery that could impact mobility, or if they have a cognitive impairment (ICD Code: G31.84) that interferes with understanding instructions or completing assessments.
