Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses working in medical or surgical ward at least 1 year 2. Nurses and patients Willing to participate 3. Patients from Medical Surgical Ward Patients possess the ability to read and write.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who have been trained in culturally sensitive care. 2. The patients suffer from cognitive or neurological impairments.
