Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Cases satisfying SAD diagnostic criteria (6B04) of ICD 11 WHO 2024. 2-Both genders and Age group between 18 to 65 years. 3-Subjects with SPIN score more than or equal to 31.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-SAD with other psychiatric comorbidity. 2- Subjects who used psychotropic medicines in the past two weeks. 3-Subjects who are pregnant or lactating. 4-Severe systemic illness. 5-Substance induced psychotic disorders and at risk of suicide and self-harm. 6-Immuno-Compromised conditions like HIV, Tuberculosis, etc.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of this study will be the change in social anxiety symptoms, as measured by the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) Scale. The SPIN will be used to assess both performance anxiety and social interaction anxiety at baseline and after the administration of individualized homeopathic medicine. Timepoint: Every month from baseline till conclusion of the study. (12 months)

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome of this study will be the change in overall quality of life of the patient as measured by WHO Quality of Life BREF scale.Timepoint: Every 6 months from baseline till conclusion of the study. (12 month)
