Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5 to 20 years Diagnosis of unilateral anisometropic amblyopia (more than 2 lines difference in BCVA between eyes) Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in the amblyopic eye between 6/12 and 6/60 No prior amblyopia treatment or treatment discontinued at least 6 months ago Parents/guardians willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of strabismus Bilateral amblyopia Ocular pathology (e.g., cataract, retinal disease) Neurological or developmental disorders affecting vision therapy compliance Inability to attend follow-up visits
