Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria will be women aged between 35 to 50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Early or late post-partum mothers Pregnant women Patients with Acute or Chronic Back Pain Refusal to participate Pelvic floor examination Recent abdominal and gynaecological surgeries Any neurological, Psychological and chronic respiratory disorders Musculoskeletal disorders Severe pelvic organ prolapses
