Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will include all adults between 18-60 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons that have had an acute Cardiovascular event and those that are bed ridden or ill at the time of the survey.

Blood pressure and blood sugar population mean Compliance in persons with diagnosed diabetes/hypertension Proportion of persons with target control of diabetes/ hypertension Timepoint: Bio behavior will be asessed at baseline and annually for next 2 years. BP, BMI and sugars will be checked at baseline and every 4 weeks for next 2 years.
