Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with rheugmatogenous retinal detachment RRD with PVR grade C2 to C4 who had undergone intravitreal tamponade with PFCL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years. Patients with concomitant ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataract, uveitis. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases, pregnancy. Patients with recurrent RD Tractional RD Combined RD RRD in superior 4 clock hours. OCT images with signal to noise ratio less than 30dB
