Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The ages of the subjects ranged from 50 to 80 years. H and Y stage- less than 2. UPDRS score at least 60 (only Part 1 to Part 3 will be considered) MoCA score- 10-18 Both males and females will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from other neurological conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injury, etc. Musculoskeletal or cardiopulmonary condition that would restrict walking activity. Surgical procedures for PD including deep brain stimulation or focused ultrasound. Psychological illness
