Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female aged between 25 to 60 years Minimum 6 hours of sitting job per day Both radiating and non-radiating back pain subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent back surgery or lower extremity last 6 months Recent fracture in the spine or lower extremity Pregnant females Spinal disorders such as acute disc prolapse. Neurological disease Any structural pathology around the hip joint
