Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigata Vata Patient with age group above 50 years Patient having a weight less than 65 kilograms The patient willing to take participation in the study has given signed and written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below age group of 50 years Patient having a weight more than 65 kilograms Patients who are not willing to give signed and written consent Patients suffering from diabetes mellitus and any other systemic disorders Patients having any neurological disorders Patients having a history of any previous spinal injury Patient who was advised to get surgery Patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis gout cancer Patients suffering from compression fractures and other type of fractures Patient having any deformity of limbs Patient who are bedridden due to disease for a longer duration
