Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sex - Male/ Female 2) Age 18 to 50 years 3) Iron Deficiency Anaemia 4) Patients presenting clinical sign and symptoms of Pandu roga/Anaemia (IDA) 5)Patients with Hb level more than 7gm percentage and less than or equal to 11gm percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals less than 18 years and above 50 years of age will be excluded.

Measure	Time frame
Assessment of add-on effect of treatment(pathya ahara&vihara) up to 20% on Hb% will be assessed after completion of the trial and after Follow-up .Timepoint: 60 DAYS	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Assessment of add-on effect of pathya ahara & vihara along with navayas lauha vati in the symptomatic management of Pandu roga (IDA)) by questionnaire. Assessment of improvement in the Quality of Life. This will be assessed with the help of WHO-approved performa Q.O.L (SF-36). at the end of trial.Timepoint: 60 DAYS	—
