Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 50 years Participate with restricted wrist range of motion Participants must have completed their post surgical healing periods of 4-6 weeks and be in the rehabilitation phase Stable fracture healing confirmed by clinical and radiological assessment Ability to participate in hand therapy and rehabilitation exercises Clear consent to participate Participant with lower grip strength

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of neurological conditions affecting hand function Any unstable wrist and carpal bone fractures Any previous instability Uncontrolled systemic conditions such as arthritis or diabetes Severe cognitive impairment Previous hand or forearm surgeries within the past 6 months other than the current fracture Any Open fractures or extensive soft tissue injuries that impair hand movements Patients unwilling or unable to participate in therapy sessions consistently
