Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 30 years. Patients with complete permanent dentition, excluding 3rd molars. Patient compliance with a 22 hour per day appliance wear protocol. Non extraction treatment, with duration not less than 6 months. A 2 week aligner wear protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intentional intrusion of posterior teeth cases. Periodontally compromised patients. Patients with initial posterior open bite or cross bite Patients with occlusal restorations on posterior teeth. Orthognathic surgery.
